In July, I travelled to Oxford to create a unique piece of typewriter art in collaboration with the Bodleian Library. I was granted special permission to work on location in the heart of Radcliffe Square, home to one of Oxford’s most iconic landmarks; the Radcliffe Camera. It remains a working part of the central Bodleian Library complex.

Armed with my trusty 1930s Smith Premier typewriter, a table, and a folding chair, I set up on site to capture the building’s grandeur. Hidden within the artwork are numerous typed references to Oxford, including facts about the library, notable books it holds, and alumni who studied at the university.

I am also very pleased to share that both prints and the original artwork are available for sale on the website. The original artwork is framed and comes with a hand-typed certificate of authenticity.
