Last Chance: London Typewriter Art Prints + Win an Original New York Artwork

Final opportunity to collect Evening in London and a first glimpse at the original New York piece you could own!

Last Chance to Order Evening in London Print

My Evening in London print release is now entering its final days. This is your last opportunity to order this limited edition before the print drop closes on Thursday, May 7th at 12:00 midday.

This piece marks my first on-location typewriter artwork of 2026 and one of the most ambitious projects I have created to date. Depicting a brightly-lit evening at London’s iconic Piccadilly Circus, it captures the movement, energy, and organised chaos of one of the city’s most recognisable landmarks.

The response since the video reveal has been genuinely overwhelming. Thank you to everyone who has taken the time to watch, comment, and share their connection to the scene. It has been a pleasure reading your messages and seeing how this location resonates with so many of you.

For the very first time, this artwork was created using my newly restored travelling typewriter, a 1950s Olympia SM3. This has allowed me to overcome one of the biggest challenges in my practice, making it possible to create work on location without the need to transport my heavier machines.

My Final Piccadilly Circus Instagram Reel

Check out my final video of Evening in London, featuring Piccadilly Circus. This will be the last Instagram post I share of this piece, and I would love to know what details you spotted within the artwork.

If you discovered any hidden messages, characters, or small typed details woven into the scene, please let me know in the comments of the Instagram reel. I always enjoy reading what people uncover within the work, and every like, comment, and share genuinely helps more people discover my typewriter art.

Sneaky Peek: Win an Original

In just a few weeks, I will be setting off for New York with my typewriter. It has been a dream of mine since starting typewriter art in 2014 that one day I might be granted special permission to create a drawing at this incredible New York landmark, so to see it finally becoming a reality feels quite surreal, and I cannot wait to share it with you.

Before that journey begins, I have something special to share.

Next Wednesday, I will be revealing in the newsletter a brand new miniature artwork which you have an opportunity to win! What you are seeing here are a few sneaky first glimpses of that piece. This is the original artwork that one of you will have the chance to win.

This miniature is not just a standalone piece. It has been carefully designed to hint at my upcoming on-location New York project.

Inspired by my long-standing fascination with street photography, particularly the work of Joel Meyerowitz, this miniature artwork explores the energy of people watching in New York, the fleeting moments, the characters, and the stories that unfold in a single street scene.

As always, the details run far deeper than what you first see…

Hidden within this giveaway artwork are subtle clues that point towards the exact location of the landmark I have been granted access to when I visit New York. Among them, you will find a set of typed coordinates. These numbers reveal the precise spot where I will be creating one of New York’s most iconic landmarks.

The competition to win this miniature original begins next week, so for now, consider this your first hint of what is to come.

More details coming soon in my newsletter next week!

Evening in Times Square

To celebrate my upcoming visit to New York, I have reintroduced one of my most popular prints from 2025, Evening in Times Square. This piece marked the beginning of my “Evening in…” series, which has since expanded to include Tokyo and London.
